If any of our players are being overly aggressive, hitting, or acting poorly, we will issue them a warning and/or ask them to sit out until they can get their emotions under control.  The trainers will determine if players need to be moved for the next session.  Coach Fozzie (fozzie@soccermotiv8.com) may ask for you (the parent) to discuss the behavior with him (not the trainer).  If the behavior persists, we will ask the player to sit out for the remainder of the season and we will issue a FULL refund.

Please understand we are soccer trainers.  We are on the fields to share our passion, experience and knowledge with our players.  We are NOT there to discipline players.  Obviously, as much as we are sensitive to poor behavior and encounter it from time to time, we as trainers are not professionally trained to deal with child development issues.  Please also understand we need to take in everyone's best interests not just one player.
